Delivery Driver

to join our team, ensuring our patients receive their medicines safely, promptly, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver prescription medications and healthcare products to patients' homes and care settings. Handle deliveries in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Controlled Drugs and fridge items. Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery records. Provide friendly, professional customer service at every doorstep. Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and well maintained. Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the pharmacy team promptly. Support the pharmacy team with basic stock handling or administrative tasks when required. Comply with all company policies, including confidentiality, data protection, and health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence. Good driving record and understanding of road safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail when handling prescriptions. Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and care when representing the pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

Previous experience as a delivery driver, ideally within a pharmacy, healthcare, or logistics setting. Familiarity with local delivery routes and basic navigation apps. Understanding of patient confidentiality and pharmacy operations.
