We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and customer service, seeking a dynamic and active position within our organisation.
Duties
Safely operate company vehicles, including lorries and vans, to deliver goods to clients and distribution centres.
Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines.
Load and unload items, often requiring heavy lifting, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and reports.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
Experience
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable.
Proven ability to following procedures effectively when delivering medication
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.- good Sound English is essential

Hours
- To cover 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday
- To cover holiday period for morning driver
