We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team for the area of

. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Load and unload goods, often requiring heavy lifting, ensuring items are secure during transit. Deliver products to customers' premises in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules or issues encountered during routes. Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure personal safety and that of others.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable. Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver's licence suitable for the vehicle type operated, with a clean driving record. Familiarity with route planning software or GPS devices is beneficial. This role is ideal for organised individuals who take pride in their work, possess excellent driving skills, and enjoy providing exceptional service on the road.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.30 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
