We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual as full time Pharmacy dispenser, to join our team at Riddings Pharmacy Alfreton

As a Pharmacy Dispenser your duties will include but will not be limited to;

Taking in and handing out prescriptions Labelling and dispensing prescriptions using dispensary computer system and in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure safe supply to patients in an efficient and accurate manner Dispensing controlled drugs and make necessary entries in the CD register in accordance with standard operating procedures and complying with relevant legal controls Highlighting medicine interactions, dose changes and other issues pertaining to prescriptions to the pharmacist If required, assist in front of shop during busy periods.
Required skills: Candidate must have strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills, must be keen towards self-development and must be able to pass Disclosure & Barring Service check. Good Customer service skill and Telephone manner.

Qualification/Certification required: An ideal candidate will hold a NVQ level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy services or equivalent
