Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in providing excellent pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong skills in medication administration and pharmacy technician duties.
Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing advice to patients on the use and side effects of medications
- Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure proper medication dispensing
- Maintaining inventory and ordering pharmaceutical supplies
- Processing prescriptions electronically or by phone
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or similar role
- Proficiency in medication administration procedures
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is desirable
