We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients. Duties

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of medication orders, including counting, measuring, and mixing pharmaceuticals. Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications and offering guidance on their proper use. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and assist in inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Ensure cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser is essential. Knowledge of medication administration practices and procedures is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
