Work Hours:
Tyersal Pharmacy
Monday to Friday- 9am - 5.30pm. (8.5 hours per day)
Alternate Saturdays 9am-12pm. (3 hours)
Responsibilities and Duties
Pharmacy dispensers work as part of a pharmacy team under the direction of a registered community pharmacist. The work includes:
taking in and handing out prescriptions dispensing prescriptions on a daily basis using computer systems to generate stock lists and labels as well as re-order stock receiving, unpacking and checking deliveries from suppliers selling over-the-counter medicines and advise patients answering customers questions face to face or by phone pre-packing, assembling and labelling medicines preparing medicines referring problems or queries to the pharmacist Cleaning pharmacy and stock date checking all products Cashing up till on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills
1 years community pharmacy experience is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well within a team and autonomously

A desire to progress within the pharmaceutical industry
Duration
The role is for a fixed term till 31.07.2026.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
