We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients. Duties

Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Ensure all prescriptions are filled in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Provide medication administration support and guidance to patients regarding their prescriptions. Maintain an organised inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage conditions. Assist in the management of patient records and medication profiles, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare staff to optimise patient care outcomes. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, providing necessary information about medications.

Requirements

Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable. Knowledge of medication administration practices and protocols is essential. Strong commitment to patient care and safety, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
