Pharmacy Dispenser
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and career minded Pharmacy Dispenser who is looking to move toward Technician status in their next role and offering the on the job support and pathway required to achieve this.
Duties:- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently- Providing medication administration guidance to patients- Offering excellent patient care and customer service- Maintaining pharmacy inventory levels- Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Adhering to pharmacy regulations and standards
Skills:- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser- Proficiency in medication administration practices- Strong commitment to patient care and safety- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must possess NVQ Level 2 Qualification or equivalent, and commitment in furthering their career in an in-house capacity.
