We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Pharmacy Dispenser
to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for supporting the safe and effective dispensing of medicines and delivering outstanding service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense NHS and private prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
Assist with over-the-counter sales and provide appropriate advice
Label and package medications correctly
Maintain pharmacy stock levels and manage stock rotation
Follow all SOPs and company procedures
Assist the pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
Keep the dispensary and front-of-house areas clean and organised
Respond to patient queries in person and over the phone
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) - this is the minimum requirement
NVQ Level 3 qualified applicants are also welcome to apply
Experience working in a community pharmacy (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
