Job Description

We have a 40 hour/week vacancy for a Pharmacy dispenser/technician to join our team working in East Wittering, Chichester. We are an established independent pharmacy that focuses on good quality customer care, forging relationships with patients and healthcare professionals alike and providing excellent service.

This is an opportunity for any level of dispenser, dispensing assistant or technician to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience, with opportunity for further training available.

Your main duties will include:

Dispensing of medications including blister packs. Maintain an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing experience for all of our customers. Support our pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience and meeting all legal requirements. Liaising with Pharmacist and other members of the Pharmacy team Maintaining Pharmacy stock levels
Essential skills and requirements

Must have minimum 1 year of experience as a dispenser. Excellent communication and listening skills. Able to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality. Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask. Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.) A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
