We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support medication administration processes. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Assist pharmacists in preparing and packaging medications for distribution. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and patient information. Provide excellent patient care by answering patient queries. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy management. Conduct inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies as needed. Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of medication administration processes and pharmaceutical terminology. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
