Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications under the supervision of the pharmacist
Prepare and label medications in compliance with legal and professional standards
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to patients
Support the pharmacist in daily operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety protocols
Shift Pattern:
Includes both day and evening shifts, scheduled according to a rota
Weekend work may be required as part of the rota
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the pharmacy and its patients
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential
Applicants with
no prior experience are welcome
- full training will be provided
Successful candidates will be
enrolled onto an accredited Pharmacy Dispenser training course
(e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A caring and professional attitude towards patients
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
