Pharmacy Dispenser
Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and competent professional to join our retail team. The Dispenser will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications to customers, including illness and disease prevention items. Our Dispenser must be a highly-motivated individual who is committed to providing great customer service and promoting the value of medication to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications to patients.
Perform a variety of pharmacy-related administrative activities.
Demonstrate compassion and patience in dealing with patients and their families.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
Communicate with other health care providers about a patient's condition and any changes in medication or treatment plans.
Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.40-12.69 per hour
