As a Pharmacy Dispenser at Anlaby Road Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy while delivering outstanding patient care. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role that requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Managing and maintaining stock levels to ensure availability of medications. Operating the till and serving customers as required. Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care. Adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Community pharmacy experience is essential.

If your background is in care homes, nursing, or other healthcare settings, please note that this role requires specific community pharmacy experience and you may not receive any response. A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on multiple tasks. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate pharmacy software systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and adaptability to changing demands. Flexibility to work overtime, cover holidays, and step in for sickness cover as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
