We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Provide information and support to patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects and proper usage. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and patient interactions. Collaborate with pharmacists to manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications as necessary. Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with pharmacy practices and regulations.

Experience

Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration processes is essential. Strong background in patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality service. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
