Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Leigh Broadway Pharmacy. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while providing excellent patient care in our modern, air-conditioned facility.

Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on medication use. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked. Support the pharmacy team in delivering additional services such as smoking cessation and travel clinics. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all dispensing activities.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician is preferred. Strong knowledge of medication administration and pharmaceutical practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From 12.44 per hour
