Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced qualified Pharmacy Dispenser to join our well established and supportive team in a busy Independent Pharmacy based within a GP surgery.

You will be working in a well staffed pharmacy alongside four dispensers, two counter staff, two Accuracy Checking Technicians, and one to two pharmacists on duty each day. This role is suited to a dispenser who is confident in accurate dispensing, familiar with working in a fast paced environment, and able to support the smooth day to day running of the pharmacy.

Experience using Cegedim software is preferred but not essential, as full training on our systems and processes will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dispenser looking to join a stable, professional and patient focused pharmacy team.

Hours and Working Pattern

Full time permanent position Approximately 25-30 hours per week Mondays to Saturdays Hours open to negotiation. However afternoons and evenings are preferred.

Essential Requirements

Qualified pharmacy dispenser with community pharmacy experience Sound knowledge of safe and accurate dispensing and medicines management High level of accuracy organisation and attention to detail Confident with communicating with patients and healthcare professionals Able to work efficiently in a fast paced pharmacy environment Professional, calm and patient focused approach Cegedim experience desirable

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
