Woodhouse Pharmacy is a trusted community pharmacy in North London dedicated to serving our customers with integrity, expertise, and personalised care. We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. Accurately dispense prescribed medications and ensure patient understanding of usage instructions.
Provide knowledgeable advice to patients regarding over-the-counter products, potential side effects, and interactions.
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medications and supplies.
Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
Adhere strictly to pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Pharmacy Dispenser/technician qualification or equivalent preferred
Understanding of pharmaceuticals, prescription handling, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with pharmacy software Proscript is preferred.
