Pharmacy Dispenser
Job Description
As a Dispenser you'll be the first point of call when patients visit the pharmacy. You will be involved in giving healthcare advice and supporting pharmacy services. This involves working across the healthcare counter and the retail shop floor.
Your role includes:
Ensuring patients receive a friendly and attentive service
Communicating with patients regarding prescriptions and over the counter queries
Dispensing Medication and making up dossette boxes.
Supporting the delivery of professional services in the pharmacy
Assisting in improving over the counter sales
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment at all times
Operating a till and cash handling
Answering the phone and taking messages
Stock management - including checking goods in, placing orders and date checking
Essential requirements:
Fulltime position for 44 hours/week. Monday-Friday
(shifts between 8.30 am-6 pm Thursdays, 8.30 am-1 pm).
Previous experience of working within a community pharmacy in the UK is essential.
Training will be provided.

Able to work extra hours to cover staff shortages, holidays and busy periods.

Well Presented, Confident and Excellent Communication Skills!
Good IT skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
