Principle Accountabilities:

o Providing exceptional customer care through fast and accurate dispensing. o Support the Dispensing and healthcare team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries. o Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone. o Manage dispensary stock by cleaning, replenishing and date checking dispensary shelves to prevent over or under stock. o Attending training sessions. o Ensuring that your workspace/counter maintains a high standard of presentation, cleanliness and commerciality. o Support the retail floor, when necessary, especially during in-store events and busy periods.



NVQ2 Dispenser certificate


At least 2 years experience of working in Pharmacy
