Role Summary:
As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medication, providing advice on self-care treatments, and supporting the provision of all pharmacy services. Your role will include:
Providing excellent patient care and customer service.
Working with a comprehensive team to ensure professional and safe service delivery.
Accurately selecting, labeling, and dispensing medication.
Complying with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance.
Engaging with GPs and practice teams to enhance services and follow up on queries.
Assisting in OTC sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining prescription safety and confidentiality in accordance with GDPR.
Supporting ordering, stock control, and maintenance of stock levels.
Representing the company with a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Previous pharmacy experience with knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services.
Experience working with care homes (preferred).
NVQ 2 Qualification in Dispensing (preferred).
Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
Hours:
40 - 43.5 hours per week.
