Torchway Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in Market Harborough. This position will be responsible for dispensing, administering, and labeling medications to patients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging personality, a professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Dispense, administer, and label medications to patients according to patient orders. Communicate with patients and medical staff regarding the nature of medication needed, diagnosis, and treatment Document patient care in electronic health records Assist in the management of patient medication levels and drug storage Adhere to all drug handling procedures and security protocols Participate in continuing education programs to keep abreast of new developments in medication administration Ideally you will have a full-driving licence and a car - there will be 1 or 2 days where you will be asked to deliver medications to patients homes (max 1 hour per day)

Experience:

Experience in a pharmacy is required. Experience in patient administration is preferred but not required. Experience with TITAN is preferable but not essential

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
