We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of medication, including compounding and labelling, while maintaining high standards of quality control. Provide medication administration support under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist. Engage with patients to provide information on their medications, answer queries, and ensure understanding of dosage instructions. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and manage inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management. Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of medication administration practices and patient care principles. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient interaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in pharmacy practice. Pay: From 12.60 per hour
