Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in providing excellent pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate will have a background in patient care, pharmacy technician duties, and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing advice and guidance to customers on over-the-counter medications
- Maintaining proper stock levels of medications and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Collaborating with pharmacists to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting or as a pharmacy technician
- Proficiency in medication administration and dispensing practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced using Proscript PMR software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
