Duties

Prepare and dispense prescribed medications in accordance with pharmacy protocols and legal requirements Assist pharmacists with medication administration and patient consultations as needed Manage prescription records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Provide excellent patient care by answering queries and offering medication guidance Maintain stock levels, organise storage areas, and ensure the pharmacy complies with health and safety standards Support administrative tasks such as processing prescriptions and updating patient information Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication management and patient outcomes

Qualifications

Proven pharmacy dispenser experience, with relevant certification or registration recognised in the UK Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmaceutical regulations Strong commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and professional ethics Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
