, you will support the pharmacist in delivering efficient, safe, and patient-focused dispensing services. Your role is vital in ensuring accurate medication supply, excellent customer service, and smooth pharmacy operations.
Accurately assemble and label prescribed medications under pharmacist supervision.
Process NHS/private prescriptions using pharmacy software.
Manage stock: order, receive, and store medicines.
2. Customer Service
Assist patients with prescription queries, OTC product recommendations, and signposting to the pharmacist when needed.
Handle payments, manage collection/delivery logs, and resolve minor complaints.
3. Administrative Duties
Maintain patient records (confidentiality/GDPR compliant).
Support repeat prescription systems and NHS services such as flu vaccinations, NMS, blood pressure check and Pharmacy First.
4. Compliance & Safety
Follow SOPs, legal requirements (GPhC standards), and infection control measures.
Report dispensing errors/near misses promptly.

Previous pharmacy/healthcare retail experience is mandatory.
