PHARMACY DISPENSER - WE ARE EXPANDING AGAIN

Previous experience and qualification preferred

We are an Independent Pharmacy in St Helens who serves the surrounding area with NHS prescriptions, healthcare advice, private services and also the Aesthetics Profession/Industry (supply not administration)

We are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to join our valued team at our new site.

We aim to provide an amazing service experience to our customers, and we want a team who are keen to make the most of their job and have a high level of energy, attention to detail with good communication skills are essential, together with a willingness to learn and the ability to work with other members of the Pharmacy team and on your own in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Answering the telephone. Providing advice and customer care via email or telephone which will require an elevated level of literacy and communication skills. Computer Literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pharmacy software Liaising with customers, colleagues, and courier companies Ordering Stock Stock Rotation Taking Payments Dispensing and Labelling Prescriptions and orders Servicing Care Homes Dealing with multi communication platforms for customers Maintaining and championing products Working with substance misuse and syringe exchange Providing local and national commissioned services Responsibility for ensuring standards are maintained and improved upon. Following procedures and pro-actively searching process improvements where necessary. Contributing with ideas and innovations. Preparing blisters packs

JOB TYPE: Full-time, or Part-Time, Permanent

SALARY: Depending on Qualification 10.00-14.92

HOURS: 24- 40 hours per week

SCHEDULE: 3-5 days between Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday)
