Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
Maintain stock levels, ensuring all products are available and within their expiration dates.
Clean and Safe Environment:
Ensure that the pharmacy is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Support the Pharmacist:
Assist the pharmacist with various tasks as needed, including preparing medications.
Dispensing Process:
Accurately and efficiently pack prescriptions and orders, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
Shipping Coordination:
Prepare and send out packages via DPD, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications:
Minimum Level 2 Qualified Dispenser
with previous experience in a pharmacy setting.
Ability to work quickly and accurately, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
Provide guidance and support to patients regarding medication usage and safety
Stock checking and intaking
Record management
Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications and patient interactions
Ensure the pharmacy environment complies with health and safety regulations
Support inventory management by stock checking and ordering supplies as needed
Handle patient queries courteously, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Support medication administration processes where applicable, under supervision
Skills
Previous pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear guidance to patients and team members
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
