We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and providing exceptional patient care. Duties

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in medication administration under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist. Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications and health-related concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and organised, managing inventory levels effectively. Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Skills

Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser is highly desirable. Proficient in medication administration techniques and practices. Strong commitment to patient care with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an advantage.
