Pharmacy Dispenser

to join our team and support the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense NHS and private prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards Label, assemble, and check prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist Provide excellent customer service to patients and carers Assist with the provision of NHS and private services Manage stock, including ordering, receiving, and rotating medicines Use the PMR system efficiently (training provided if required) Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organised dispensary Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operational duties Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Essential:

Previous experience working as a pharmacy dispenser

or

willingness to undertake dispenser training Good attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well as part of a team Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) Experience working in a community pharmacy setting Knowledge of NHS dispensing processes and EPS
