Main Responsibilities

Assist the Pharmacist in managing the day to day running of the dispensary. Check dispensed prescriptions and trays that have passed the clinical check and are ready to be handed out to patients (if ACT qualified). Dispense items under the supervision of the Pharmacist. Receive and check prescriptions. Give advice on "P" and "OTC" medicines and prescriptions to customers as appropriate. Receive, unpack and check deliveries from suppliers. Ensure stock rotation and carry out date checks. To utilise the electronic prescription service.

Qualifications and Skills

Dispenser qualifications preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and autonomously.

Experience

Pharmacy experience.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
