We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist in dispensing medications accurately, providing excellent patient care, and supporting pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with pharmacy protocols and legal requirements Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution Provide guidance and support to patients regarding medication usage and safety instructions Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and patient interactions Ensure the pharmacy area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Support inventory management by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed Uphold confidentiality of patient information at all times Contribute to a positive patient experience through professional communication and care

Skills

Proven pharmacy technician experience or relevant background in pharmacy operations Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to evolving healthcare standards
