Lliswerry Pharmacy

has an exciting vacancy for an experienced pharmacy dispenser or someone who has experience in a healthcare or retail setting and would like a career change supported by great staff and on site training.

The pharmacy has recently been refitted and we are looking to expand the team to develop new services along side our traditional dispensing role.

Your role includes:

Serving and helping customers with their healthcare needs eg ordering prescriptions, selling medicines. Ensuring the safe supply of medicines eg ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions. Complying with legal and professional requirements. Engaging with GP practice teams to drive services and items. Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately and be able to build rapport with both colleagues and patients.

This role is FOUR full days, no weekends, 9am to 6pm and can include extra sessions. The salary range is for a 32 hours per week contract and dependent on qualifications. The opportunity exists to work across both our pharmacies as they are close to each other.
