ManchesterAre you an experienced Pharmacy Dispensing Manager ready to lead a dynamic team? Wilmslow Road Pharmacy, part of the CarePlus Health Group, is looking for a motivated professional to manage our dispensary and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the dispensary team to deliver excellent service Keep workloads up to date and meet service targets Oversee stock management and ordering processes Ensure compliance with company policies and NHS standards Support all staff responsibilities and maintain a positive working environment
Requirements:
Previous pharmacy dispensing management experience Strong leadership and organisational skills Good knowledge of stock control and pharmacy systems Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
