Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front End Associate to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with medication dispensing, and supporting patient care activities. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations and delivering a positive experience for our patients. Prior pharmacy technician experience and knowledge of medication administration are highly desirable. Responsibilities



Greet patients warmly and assist them with their pharmacy needs at the front counter Manage patient check-ins and process prescriptions efficiently and accurately Support pharmacy staff with medication dispensing, including counting, packaging, and labeling medications Provide information to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage instructions under supervision Maintain organised records of prescriptions and patient interactions in compliance with confidentiality regulations Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and placing orders for supplies as needed Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front end area to promote a professional environment Support patient care activities by answering queries and directing patients to appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary

Qualifications



Previous pharmacy technician experience is preferred but not essential; relevant training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of medication administration procedures is advantageous Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Compassionate attitude towards patient care and confidentiality awareness Basic computer literacy for managing electronic health records and prescription systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
