Job Overview:
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services. Your role will involve leading a team, maintaining stock levels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This would be the ideal opportunity for an experienced pharmacy dispenser (ACD) or technician (ACT) wanting to develop their role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy, including managing stock levels and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering healthcare advice, and resolving issues
- Oversee sales activities and general store duties such as product displays and cash transactions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling dispensing transactions and operational queries
- Maintain flexibility to cover staff absences and holidays
- Utilize IT skills to enhance operational efficiency
