We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Non-Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our patients through your leadership and customer-centric approach. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, your main purpose within this role is to help our pharmacy run smoothly and efficiently, providing an excellent support system to enable them to help our patients stay well and healthy.

Total Working Hours: 37.5hrs

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.00pm (60 min lunch break)

Rate of Pay: 14.50 per hour depending on experience. Performance related bonus on successfully meeting company objectives.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing the team, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently, and implementing new initiatives to drive business growth. You will also have a key role in promoting and delivering services within the team and providing a great customer experience within the pharmacy.
