Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, managing pharmacy staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and patients.

Duties

Supervise and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee the dispensing of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication management. Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to promote a high standard of service and professional development. Maintain inventory control, including ordering medications and supplies while minimising waste. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and offering medication counselling. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication therapy management. Implement IT systems for efficient pharmacy operations, including electronic prescription processing and record keeping.
