Job Title: Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager

Location: Folkestone, Kent

Salary: \xc2\xa327 - \xc2\xa328 per hour (\xc2\xa358,968 - \xc2\xa374,984)

Working pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:30 (1 hour lunch break) Saturday 09:00 - 13:00. Flexible and can accommodate a day off in the week

Hours: 42 - 51.5 hours per week

Items: 8,000 - 9,000

Your Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, and providing clinical services

\xc2\xb7 Lead and motivate a team of talented pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

\xc2\xb7 Build strong relationships with patients, offering expert advice and guidance on medications, health conditions, and wellness products

\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain robust systems to ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with excellent communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing processes and regulatory compliance

\xc2\xb7 Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development
