New Way of Working

If you want to work in a dynamic and young organization that values entrepreneurship and digitally supported pharmacy services, then Wellbeing Pharmacy might just be your company of choice. We have been providing safe and efficient dispensing and community pharmacy services on behalf of the NHS for over a decade competing successfully against giant chains. Our pride is operating with a simple management structure allowing for direct communication to all members of the organization.

We empower our pharmacists through approachable support mechanisms, mentoring from experienced managers, demonstrating how entrepreneurship can benefit a modern and professional service provider, and staffing back-up when needed rather than layers of administration. We are also very proud of rewarding our successful pharmacists and branch leaders an opportunity for a partnership where they have a share in the profits of a branch or an area operation. If not, as a pharmacist, you can simply do the NHS services your branch is commissioned and get a bonus from services performed.
