Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies to optimise performance. Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory adherence. Create a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Collaborate with local community to strengthen existing relationships and create new connections.

Qualifications

Proven management and supervisory experience within a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication abilities in both spoken and written English. Ability to manage inventory, sales, and pharmacy performance effectively. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Experience in delivering UK pharmacy services. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous but not essential.
