Pharmacy Stores Support Worker [in Training] (xr02)
Job Description
Train to be a Pharmacy Warehouse operative over a 6-month period undertaking the Dispensary stock management course supported by inhouse competency assessment. To perform a variety of support duties. These include stock receipt, stock counting & ordering (top-ups), picking and packing of orders, and distribution. Stock control procedures and stocktaking and the disposal of pharmaceutical waste.
There are no line management responsibilities. All duties are performed working to procedures, mostly under direct supervision. The jobholder will work as members of the Stores and Distribution Team in the Warehouse Leeds 10. Although duties are generally rostered across the team, there may be changes in response to urgent demand, service cover etc.
The post holder will be required to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays on a rotational basis.
