Overview

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Students to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmacy environment while enhancing your knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical care. As a Pharmacy Student, you will work closely with licensed pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and medication management.

Duties

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Participate in health promotion activities, including medication counselling and education for patients. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Utilise IT systems effectively for managing prescriptions and patient data.

Experience

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to engage positively with the public. Leadership qualities that contribute to a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
