Pharmacy Supervisor (non Pharmacist)
Job Description
We have a full time position available for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Supervisor. This position is to cover Maternity Leave for a minimum 12 months - possibly turning into a permanent role for the right candidate. Full training for this role will be provided.
You will with great experience, initiative and leadership qualities. You will be responsible for the effective operation of the pharmacies in your designated area by ensuring the basic operational processes and procedures are adhered too.
As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will thrive on team, patient, and customer interaction, enjoy working at pace and with accuracy as well as be someone who is resilient, who enjoys constant change and challenges. You'll be motivated by leading a team to deliver tangible and measurable results and adaptable to each day.

- You will supports the Pharmacist with the efficient and effective running of the dispensary.
- You will helps to prioritise the team's workload and maintaining an awareness of patient needs & those of the wider Pharmacy environment.
The successful applicant will need to be committed to self-development, have strong attention to detail with strong leadership and people skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
NVQ Pharmacy Level 2 qualified minimum (further training can be provided)
Have the necessary vision to push the pharmacy towards excellence
A leader who can coach and guide a team to success
Hours are ; Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am -1pm.
