Job Description

Working with the Pharmacy and Medicines team t o support the facilitation, development, delivery and implementation of the Clinical Governance framework for Pharmacy and Medicines across the Provide Group



Support the implementation of the Pharmacy and Medicines workplan , supporting the Governance Lead to collat e evidence and audit compliance across Pharmacy and Medicines on Clinical governance, assuranc e, risk management, medicines security , medicines safety and clinical audit



Support the implementation of the pharmacy and medicines clinical audit programme, support medicines safety issues identified via assurance visits or other methods e.g datix analysis , ensur ing compliance against all standards , supporting evidence gathering and actions required to mitigate risk where appropriate .



S upport the Head of Pharmacy and Medicines to gather and collat e evidence to provide assurance on regulatory requirements including CQC, Quality Accounts, Pharmacy and Medicines Assurance frameworks, Security and Audit



Support the delivery of quality improvement method ologies relating to pharmacy and medicines across services where this is considered to be beneficial to optimal service d elivery
