In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by assisting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries and offering guidance on medication usage and side effects. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication administration. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications as needed. Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes through effective medication management.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is essential Strong understanding of medication administration processes and patient care principles. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to ongoing professional development within the pharmacy field is highly valued.
