Pharmacy Technician (Operations & Dispensing)

at KLIRA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the safe, accurate and compliant preparation of personalised dermatology treatments. Working at the heart of our compounding and distance-selling pharmacy, you'll take responsibility for production, dispensing support, stock management, quality checks and maintaining accurate records. Operational Oversight

Receive and record goods-in, ensuring correct quantities, expiry dates, and condition. Manage stock control--rotate stock, identify near-expiry items, and support ordering decisions. Support dispatch processes, ensuring correct picking, timing, and documentation for delivery.

Quality & Compliance

Maintain logs: goods-in, temperature records, deviations, returns, cleaning and audit trails. Adhere to GPhC and MHRA requirements, including recordkeeping, GMP principles, and governance standards. Proactively report quality issues, deviations, discrepancies, and support CAPAs as required.

Inspection Readiness & Continuous Improvement

Support periodic audits, self-inspections, and the maintenance of a robust PQMS. Help draft or maintain SOPs relevant to dispensing, stock control, and compounding. Perform and contribute to risk assessments related to operations and quality.
