Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Technician

Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a real impact? Join our friendly and forward-thinking pharmacy team at GPA, working across five GP practices in Grand Union PCN.

You'll join a supportive, experienced team dedicated to safer prescribing and better patient outcomes through high-quality, collaborative pharmacy care. Full-time preferred, but part-time hours will be considered.

What you'll be doing:

Handling same-day medication queries from GPs, care homes, and pharmacies Leading audits and supporting the implementation of clinical guidance (MHRA, NICE, CQC, QOF, Eclipse) Monitoring high-risk medicines and managing blood test processes Supporting safe prescribing and medication reviews for care home and new patients Reviewing discharge summaries and outpatient letters Working closely with GPs and Clinical Pharmacists to ensure safe, effective care
