Pharmacy Technician
to join our friendly and forward-thinking General Practice team in at Uplands and Mumbles Surgery.This is a fantastic chance to work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through safe, effective medicines management.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician in General Practice, you will support the practice clinical team by:
Conducting medication reviews and reconciliation post-hospital discharge. Supporting repeat prescription management processes. Working with the clinical pharmacist and GPs to optimise prescribing. Providing advice to patients and staff on safe and effective medicine use. Supporting audits, QOF, enhanced services, and other quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Registered Pharmacy Technician Previous experience in primary care, community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy is desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A proactive approach with a strong focus on patient safety and care. Competent in using clinical systems and confident with IT.

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
